By accessing KramerPainting.com or placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or place an order.

Products

KramerPainting.com sells replica canvas prints and poster editions. Product images are provided to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colour and scale may vary depending on screen settings, product format, and production tolerances.

Printed on demand

Each item is printed on demand after purchase. It is made for your order using new materials and is shipped through the fulfilment process attached to that item.

Refund and replacement policy

We cannot offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size choices, or unwanted items. Because items are printed on demand, returned items are not placed back on a retail shelf.

We will review replacement requests for items that arrive damaged, flawed, undelivered, missing, misprinted, or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged, flawed, wrong, or missing items

If an item arrives damaged, send photographs of the product, the damaged area, and the shipping packaging. If there is a clear misprint, send photographs of the flaw. If the wrong product arrives, send photographs showing the difference between the received item and the item ordered.

Missing-item claims should identify the order number and the item believed to be missing so the order can be investigated.

Incorrect address and delivery issues

KramerPainting.com is not responsible for orders lost or delayed because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was supplied. Please check the delivery address carefully before placing an order.

Replacement time limit

Replacement and exchange claims can only be accepted within 45 days of order processing. Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
